Are your fabrics suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We serve both discerning creators and practical makers. Whether you’re upholstering a first armchair or sewing curtains for a client, our fabrics are selected for quality and ease of use. Descriptions and care instructions are provided to help you choose the right material for your project.
What does OEKO-TEX® Certified mean?
OEKO-TEX® certification ensures that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and is safe for human use. It’s a mark of trust and quality, especially important for items in close contact with skin or for family-friendly homes.
Ordering, Payment & Account
What payment methods do you accept?

Delivery & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We proudly ship worldwide from our Bristol studio, excluding only a few remote regions in Asia and elsewhere. At checkout, you can enter your address to confirm service availability.
What are my delivery options and costs?
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx. Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrives within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for a balance of speed and reliability.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Dispatch takes 1–2 business days, with delivery in 15–25 business days after dispatch. This is our value option for larger orders.
How long does order processing take?
Each order is carefully picked, checked, and packed with the same attention to detail we apply to our fabric curation. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your fabric’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
