Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our warehouse in Bristol.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two main shipping options to cater to your needs:

• Standard Shipping (Tracked): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
  • Cost: £12.95.
  • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
  • Cost: Free.
  • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery to remote locations or areas in Asia and select other regions may take longer or may not be available. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If a fabric isn’t the perfect fit for your creative vision, our straightforward policy is here to help.

Key Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: You must initiate your return request within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Item Condition: Fabrics must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns on cut, altered, or soiled fabric.
• Proof of Purchase: Please have your original order number ready.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent). We strongly recommend using a trackable service.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Bristol-based customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and our return address in Bristol.
3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the unused fabric, ideally in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable service. We are not liable for return packages lost in transit without tracking.
5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. Processing times vary by payment provider. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Exchanges: To exchange for a different fabric, please indicate this in your initial request. We will process a refund for the returned item once received and inspected. You can then place a new order for the desired fabric to secure it promptly from our current stock.

If Something is Wrong

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.
