3.2 Custom-Cut Fabric

All fabric sold by the metre and cut to your specific order length is considered a final sale. For hygiene and quality assurance, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please measure carefully and order sufficient quantity.

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

4.3 Order Processing and Shipping

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Bristol warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Areas: We ship to most regions. Deliveries to remote locations or certain areas in Asia may experience longer delays or may not be available. You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Fabrics must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-cut fabric (sold by the metre) is final sale.
• Process: Contact [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
